HispaRob talks with Carme Torras: ethical and social challenges of robotics
Open interview session with Carme Torras, an international reference in robotics and artificial intelligence, aimed at exploring her professional background, key research areas and the challenges shaping today’s robotics landscape. The conversation will address technological, ethical and social issues from a humanistic perspective, examining human–robot interaction, responsibility in the design of intelligent systems and the impact of these technologies on care, work and everyday life. Through selected project examples, the session will connect scientific research, innovation and critical reflection on the responsible development of AI and the integration of human values into technological design.
